The property, affairs and business of the Southern Tier Alpaca Association is managed and directed by its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors sets policy, appoints Officers, and perform the duties as set forth in the By-Laws. The Board of Directors is comprised of five to 7 members, who serve 1 and 2 year terms.
