Allaby is 15/16ths accoyo, 1/16th Allianza (Hemmingway), Full Peruvian, Full Wow! He is a light beige color, almost white (he's shown in white). Curly cue fleece, Beautiful straight conformation. His sire is Vengador's Accoyo Tachon, a beige Vengador son, and his dam is Senora Accoyo Olympia, a light fawn 7/8 accoyo, full peruvian daughter of the late Victor's Vic Jr, and granddaughter of Victor. Both Victor and his heir, Vic Jr., are gone now, so these bloodlines can be hard to find. Vengador is of course a legend and known for his incredible fleece. If you want to pump up your breeding program, these Accoyo-Hemmigway crosses are an awesome way to do it. You have to come check out this young lad to appreciate what an awesome package of traits and genetics he carries. When we had him shorn as a baby his neck was just wrinkle upon wrinkle, wow! Very Accoyo and very neat. We would also consider selling half interest in young Mr. Allaby. We will include one free breeding to one of our proven herdsires to help get you through until Allaby is ready to go.
Newsflash: Allaby's older maternal brother out of the same dam, Nyala's Accoyo Aries has torn up the show ring taking his first blue ribbon in fleece and best huacaya fleece at the Star Alpaca Fleece show then Aries took a blue, Champion and Best Hand at the Carolina Alpaca Celebration! Aries took blue and champion in fawn fleece at the Southern Select! Congrats to Destiny Alpacas and Tanasi Trace Alpacas who now own Aries!
Newsflash: Allaby is continuing the family tradition of ribbons in huge competitive classes, he's taken two seconds in giant classes. The judges raved about his amazing fleece! He just took best hand in the entire fleece show at the Empire fleece 2008 (out of 127 fleeces)! His first purple ribbon! He took reserve champion white fleece at MAPACA out of 55 white fleeces! Considering the competition in white this is quite an achievement.
