Mr. Joe DiMaggio is the sleeper in our herd - but not for long. We had Wade Gease come and evaluate our herd, and he told us then - put this boy across all your herd. And of course we didn't. We used him on one girl. A nice girl - but not a spectacular girl. Just a nice solid foundation girl. WELL - her girl (and his) is a wonderful girl with wonderful fleece.
Her name is Cinderella Liberty - and she is amazing!!
Since then we have put him on all our browns and fawns.
DiMaggio was not shown as a juvie or a yearling - which is too bad. We showed him as a 3 year old and he did pretty well. He is a big boy and does stand over our other herdsires.
If you are interested in Joe - let us know. His name really isn't Joe - but it is DiMaggio - and he has hit one out of the park!!!
